Group, Event & Business Orders

Family reunions, teams, churches, schools, conventions, fundraisers, and businesses of every size — custom printed apparel for your whole group, quoted up front, without you chasing anybody for money.

Ways to order

Most group orders fall apart in the same place: collecting sizes and money from thirty people in a group chat. Pick the model that fits how your group actually works.

Most popular

Private Group Store

We build your group its own private online store and send you one link. Everyone picks their own size and colour and pays for their own shirt. You collect nothing, chase nobody, and front no money. We close the store on your cutoff date and deliver the whole order together.

Best for reunions, conventions, and any group where people pay their own way.

Simple & fast

Bulk Order

You tell us the sizes and quantities, we send one quote and one invoice, and the finished order ships or gets picked up in one go. A 50% deposit starts production; the balance is due before delivery.

Best for teams, businesses, and organisations paying from one budget.

Raise money

Fundraiser Store

A private store like the one above, but you set the selling price. We charge one flat price per shirt, and everything above it goes to your cause. No hidden fees, no surprises at the end — just one payment to your group when the store closes.

Best for reunion funds, booster clubs, ministries, and nonprofits.

For businesses & organizations

Not a one-time event? We work with businesses, nonprofits, churches, schools and teams on an ongoing basis:

  • Staff shirts & uniforms — reorder anytime; we keep your artwork, print sizes and size runs on file, so the next order is one message away.
  • Branded merch — tees, hoodies, polos, totes and giveaways for events, launches and teams.
  • Your own online merch store — sell your merchandise on your own site; we print and fulfil each order as it comes in.
  • Wholesale for resale — buy finished goods in quantity to sell at your own events or shop (a resale certificate keeps sales tax off your purchase).
  • Agreed pricing for repeat customers — regular orders can be set up on a price list, so every reorder is quoted the same way.

Two weeks is measured from the day artwork and sizes are both approved — not from the day you first get in touch. Larger orders and outsourced items such as embroidery may need longer; we will tell you the real date in your quote, before you commit to anything.

What we make

Apparel — t-shirts, long sleeves, hoodies and sweatshirts, polos, youth and toddler sizes, infant onesies. Accessories — tote bags, koozies, drinkware decals, banners and signs. Also quotable — hats, embroidery, and speciality items; these are sourced through our partners, so ask and we will price them for you.

Pricing

Every order gets its own written quote, because the garment, the print size, the number of sides and the quantity all change the price. For a sense of scale:

  • Most group t-shirts land between $14 and $22 a shirt. The price per shirt drops as your order grows — at 6, 12 and 24 shirts — and very large orders can go lower.
  • A typical order: 20 reunion tees, printed front and back, standard sizes — about $18 a shirt (around $360) plus NC sales tax.
  • Small orders are welcome — from $18 a shirt, with no minimum.
  • Hoodies start at $35.
  • Larger sizes (2XL and up) cost a little more because the blank shirts genuinely cost more. They are shown as their own line on your quote, so nobody else's price goes up to hide it.
  • Fundraiser stores: you set the selling price, and we give you one flat per-shirt cost up front. Everything above it goes to your cause.
  • Artwork: free if your file is ready to print, or if it is a reprint of art we already have. Design help starts at $25, and your quote shows the exact fee before you commit.

Prices are before North Carolina sales tax. Your written quote is itemised and exact. Quotes are good for 14 days.

How your quote works

  1. Tell us what you need. Use the form below: how many people, a rough size mix, your date, and a budget if you have one. A sketch or an idea is plenty to start — or contact us if you would rather talk it through.
  2. Hear back within one business day. Your itemised quote follows within two, from the person who will actually print your order.
  3. See it before you pay. We send a mockup of your design on the actual garment, and you can ask for changes.
  4. Approve and lock it in. Bulk orders start with a 50% deposit. Group and fundraiser stores go live, and you share one link.
  5. We print and deliver. Usually two weeks from approval. We ship to one address, or you pick up free locally.

Why work with a local shop

  • One person owns your order, from the first message to the last shirt. You are never passed around a call centre.
  • You see the real price up front. Your quote is itemised, with larger sizes on their own line.
  • Your art and sizes stay on file, so next year's reunion or your next reorder takes one message.
  • Free local group pickup in the Triangle.
  • Someone at the press can answer for your deadline. If your date is tight, you are talking to the person who knows whether it can be done.
  • Your money stays local and supports a Raleigh–Durham small business.

Artwork & design

Send us what you have. A finished print-ready file is ideal, but a sketch, a photo, or just a description of what you want is enough to get started. If your design needs work — cleanup, a layout, or something drawn from scratch — your quote shows the exact design fee before you commit.

Artwork we draw from scratch stays ours, licensed to you for your order. On a yearly event that works in your favour — come back next year and the design is already done, with no design fee at all. If you would rather own the file outright, just ask and we will price it.

One thing to know about logos. School, college, professional team, company and character logos are usually protected trademarks, and we can only print them with written permission or a licence. If your design involves one, tell us in the form and we will sort out what is possible before anyone spends money on artwork. There is almost always a way to capture the spirit of an event without the trademark.

Delivery & pickup

We ship anywhere in the US. For local groups we offer a free group pickup — the whole order handed over at one arranged time and place, at no delivery cost to your group. Pickup details are arranged with you directly once your order is confirmed.
